What vehicles are eligible for the Mech-PROTECT policy?
All passenger and light commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle mass of less than 3 500kg’s.
Specifically excluded are hire vehicles, vehicles that are or have been used in any form of motor racing,
rebuilt vehicles and modified vehicles.
Remember that you must have an existing warranty on your vehicle.

How do I submit a claim?
All claims are handled by The Innovation Group who are leaders in the field of Incident management.
The repairing dealer needs to contact them to report the claim. They will talk the repairer through the
simple process. Once the repair is completed, Innovation Group will pay the repairer.

Can the policy be transferred if I sell the policy?
Yes it can be transferred to one consecutive buyer.
